
We have really enjoyed all of our Halloween activities the past couple of weeks!
Here is our Halloween Shared Reading Song:
Students will bring home the printed version to read/sing and have a home activity of writing out the
number words in our counting song.
Today, we read some non-fiction books about Halloween.


* That people started bonfires to keep away the spirits of dead people. (Callen)
* Halloween has been celebrated for hundreds of years. (Landon)
* That Halloween actually means All Hallow's Eve. (Matthew)
* Halloween was started in Scotland, England and Ireland. (Ryan)

* On Halloween a long time ago people used to make costumes. (Hannah)
* People trick or treat at people's houses. (Ewan)
