Spirit Bee Check In Chat

Today, we had our Busy Bee Check in Chat with our Spirit Bee Buddy Buzz Groups. Students discussed things that are going well in our class, and things we need to work on together as a group. The students come up with all the ideas and Ms. King just does the typing and facilitating of the discussion.
Things that are going well:
* Something that I like about this classroom is that we play on IXL because it is super duper fun. (Ewan)
* Something that is going well in our classroom is that we are listening to the teacher a lot more. (Logan)
* Something I like about this classroom is playing on ipads. (Sylvie)
* Something that I like about our classroom is that we got a new case on our ipad and I like playing on CodeSpark. (Landon)
* Something that I like about in this classroom is that we get to play some games on Tech Tuesday. (Izzy)
* Something that I like about our classroom is that we get to activities. (Leia)
* Something that is going well in our classroom is that we are being a lot quieter at Reading Centers. (Bridget)
Things that we need to work on as a class:
* Something that we need to work in our classroom is putting the right cards in our books. (Scarlett)
* We need to work on putting the books on the shelf the right side up and not upside down. (Ryan)
Ways to solve our concerns:
Books: this is the same we worked on the last time. We have had some improvement but we just have to keep using the strategies we talked about last month to keep us on track.
Book Shelf: instead of putting them upside down, ask your friend to respectfully correct their mistake, pay attention to how you are putting your books back, if you see a book the wrong way, then just fix it

We continue to learn and grow together!
