Check In Chat

Today, we had our Busy Bee Check in Chat with our Spirit Bee Buddy Buzz Groups. Students discussed things that are going well in our class, and things we need to work on together as a group. The students come up with all the ideas and Ms. King just did the typing and facilitating of the discussion.

Things that are going well:

* My favourite thing in the classroom is that I get to go to the library and pick some books. (Aiden)

* My favourite thing about the classroom is that there is a pumpkin over there and I like about the classroom is that we are going for Halloween. (Lincoln)

* My favourite thing about the classroom is that we get to learn things. (Natalie)

* My favourite thing about the classroom is that we get to do art. (Kassy)

* My favourite thing about the classroom is that we get to read and write. (Breslin)

* My favourite thing about the classroom is that I get to meet new friends. (Morgan)

* My favourite thing about the classroom is that we have new teacher. (Carson)

* My favourite thing about the classroom is that we get play time inside. (Theo)

Things that we need to work on as a class:

* The thing that we should work on in this classroom is to be quicker in the morning. (Bumblebees)

Ways to solve our concerns:

Morning Routine: write faster in our planners, coming to school on time, not talking during morning routine, follow the picture clues of what we need to do, walk to the classroom quicker, by following the safety rules, help your friends do their jobs
