Today in Science, we explored different liquids - trying to figure out based on our previous knowledge of different liquids, what these liquids could be!
We are working on our observation skills, and have been talking about how things can be transparent, translucent and even opaque. We also observed whether our liquids moved quickly or slowly and what that could mean about the liquid.
Grade 1s and 2s were encouraged to work on their descriptions of the liquids, and to use as many senses as they could to try and figure out what these super secret liquids were.

In the end, we were excited to figure out what each liquid was! Students will have brought their booklets home with them tonight. How could they have expanded their descriptions in their observations?
