Bullying Awareness Week (aka Kindness Week!)

This week we have been learning a little bit about bullying with Bullying Awareness Week! However, we focused more of our time on what we should do instead! That's showing kindness! We are learning so much about how to treat others. 

Our shared reading this week is actually a song about kindness and we really rocked this out this week. They are bringing it home to share this weekend with their home activity. Students are on a secret mission this weekend to see what happens when they do a good deed. Shhhh, act surprised!

We have read a few books this last week all about kindness. 

    

Then we created a brainstorm about how to show kindness to others. 

We are going to try to do a good deed regularly to spread kindness and watch it grow, just like in our books!
