Check In Chat Friday

Today, we had our Busy Bee Check in Chat with our Spirit Bee Buddy Buzz Groups. Students discussed things that are going well in our class, and things we need to work on together as a group. The students come up with all the ideas and Ms. King just did the typing and facilitating of the discussion.

Things that are going well:

* Something that is going well in our class is that Ms. King isn't finding any toys on the grounds. (Ryan)
* Something that is going well in the Busy Bee classroom is that we are learning a lot more. (Matthew)
* Something that I like in the Busy Bee classroom is that we handed out our Valentine's Day. (Ben)
* Something that is going well in the Busy Bee classroom is that we are tidying up faster. (Harper)
* Something that I like about our classroom is making the Valentine bags in Art. (Hannah)
* Something that I like about in the Busy Bee classroom is that we are sharing toys. (Jessica)
* Something that I like about the Busy Bee classroom is that we get to do spelling. (Bridget)
* Something that I really liked this week in the Busy Bee classroom is that we got to come back to school. (Ms. King)

Things that we need to work on as a class:

* Something that we need to work on is when people are left out than you need to include them. (Honey Bees)
* Something that we need to remember is listening to Ms. King the first time. (Stingless Bees)

Ways to solve our concerns:

Including People: invite others to join, keep our eyes open and look around to make sure no one is left out
Listening: not to play with the things on your desk, not to talking to other people when Ms. King is talking, stop fidgeting because it is distracting, control our bodies, look at the speaker, we need to keep our ears open
We continue to learn and grow together!
